Slice-of-life vignettes such as ‘I Let Him Go’ and ‘Strange, Unlucky Child’ are just two highlights of many here marred only by the lengthy introductions which don’t bear up to repeated listening but Bradfield’s sensitive vocal performance is always spot-on.
