Lyra releases new single ‘The Magic of Christmas’ (Tinsel Version)

Irish pop singer Lyra has released her seasonal record ‘The Magic of Christmas’ (Tinsel Version). The record, first recorded three years ago, sees Lyra visit it with her new ‘Tinsel’ version, rendering the heartfelt song even more rich and warm.

For its third instalment with An Post, the song will be featured as part of their Christmas advertising campaign. You can check out the video below.

Lyra's last single 'The Ending' dropped last month and served as a form of closure for the songwriter, following the end of her relationship and the ensuing empowerment she felt in the realisation that she was finished with blaming herself.
