Louis Walsh exits The X Factor
Nick Grimshaw will take the judge's seat, as will Rita Ora
The worst kept secret in television was confirmed today as bosses at The X Factor announced their new line-up - without Louis Walsh.
The Mayo man has been on the judging panel of the talent show since it began in 2004, but BBC Radio host Nick Grimshaw has been brought in to replace him - much to the annoyance of some fans.
The hashtag #bringbacklouis is gaining considerable traction this morning, as show chiefs also confirmed that Rita Ora will take the place of Mel B, jumping ship from rival show The Voice after just one series.
Dermot O'Leary's hosting duties shall be assumed by X Faxctor alum Olly Murs.
