Live Review: Jack Thompson @ Forbidden Fruit 2016
Jack Thompson drew a thriving crowd to the Undergrowth Stage with a lively set this afternoon. Dancing away behind the decks, Thompson is fully engaged with his performance and his audience, and he’s rewarded with an impressive throng dancing at the front of the stage.
An upbeat tempo with driving drum beats livens up the crowd, and by not overusing the bass or the synth, Thompson succeeds in creating a set that changes with every tune. His hour long performance seems shorter than billed.
Thompson will play the Dublin Block Party in July – be sure not to miss it.
