Listen: Tyler, the Creator shares new track "Boredom"
The relaxed new track is the third single of his upcoming album Scum F**k Flower Boy
Tyler, The creator's new song is called 'Boredom' and that is pretty much what its about. Following on from previous singles “Who Dat Boy?” and "9/11 Mr Lonely" , the leisurely effort finds our oft rancid mouthed rapper fretting about what to do when the day itself is offering no solutions.
While the subject matter of the track may literally be boring, the song itself is anything but.Over the lovely languid production we find Tyler using using a a lack of inspiration as a source of inspiration. He's lounging about and documenting every minute of it: "I've been in this fuckin' room so long/My eyeballs are turning to dry wall" he sneers.
There was speculation earlier this week that Tyler 'came out' as gay after his upcoming album leaked. The line “Next line will have ’em like ‘Whoa’ / I been kissing white boys since 2004" had some people positing this was him admitting to homosexual relationships.
