Linkin Park confirmed for VMAs
The rockers are the latest act added to the line-up.
Linkin Park will play the MTV VMAs in under two weeks’ time, we can officially announce.
The group are the latest stars to join the bill for the award show, which takes place in LA on September 12.
Linkin Park will play their new track 'The Catalyst', which had its video premiere on MTV last week
Singer Chester Bennington said of the gig: “After 2 years of working on our new album, we're looking forward to sharing our first live performance of new music with our fans around the world on the MTV Awards.”
Also performing will be Eminem, Kanye West, Justin Bieber, B.o.B, Usher, Florence and the Machine, Paramore and Drake.
Confirmed to present gongs are Justin Timberlake, Andrew Garfield, Nicki Minaj, Ke$ha and Ne-Yo while comedian Chelsea Handler will host.
