Laura Izibor receives MOBO nod

There’s more good news for Laura Izibor with the Dubliner shortlisted for Best Newcomer at this year’s Music Of Black Origin (MOBO) Awards.
Taking place on September 30 in Glasgow, Laura will be slugging it out with Alexander Burke, Jade Ewen, JLS and Master Shortie.
Elsewhere there are multiple nominations for among others Beyoncé, Chipmunk, Dizzee Rascal, Beverly Knight, Ciara, Eminem, Drake, Tinchy Stryder, N-Dubz, and Kanye West.
Meanwhile, Laura has been added to the Hot Press Chatroom @ Electric Picnic line-up, and will be joining us for a natter on Sunday afternoon.
