Kodaline victorious at EBBA
The Swords band have been recognised for their cross border success this year.
Following in the footsteps of James Vincent McMorrow and Imelda May, Kodaline have been named on the prestigious list of European Border Breaker Awards (EBBA) winners.
It's in recognition of the huge commercial strides the 'All I Want' rockers have made across the continent in 2013, and sees them rubbing shoulders with the likes of Disclosure and Icona Pop.
The Dublin quartet will receive their award at a ceremony hosted by Jools Holland at Eurosonic on January 15, streamed live via Youtube. One of the winners will also scoop the Public Choice Award, which you can vote for from November 1 to December 20 here.
Here are the ten 2014 EBBA Awards winners:
GuGabriel (Austria)
Lukas Graham (Denmark)
Woodkid (France)
Zedd (Germany)
Asgeir (Iceland)
Kodaline (Ireland)
Jacco Gardner (Netherlands)
Envy (Norway)
Icona Pop (Sweden)
Disclosure (United Kingdom)
