Justin Bieber's latest single hits US No.1

His off-stage antics were threatening to eclipse his solo career for a time but after a self-deprecating Comedy Central roast and a tearful appearance at the VMAs last week, Justin Bieber is back on top.
Quite literally. The Canadian's latest sing 'What Do You Mean' – which he also performed at MTV's ceremony – has debuted at No. 1 on the US Billboard charts. At the age of 21, he is the youngest ever male artist to do so. The album from which the single is taken, Soon, is out November 13.
