Joe Bonamassa plots Irish tour
Belfast, Dublin & Cork will all be thoroughly blues rocked.
The blues guitarist that other blues guitarists call the Guv’nor, Joe Bonamassa, nips in before Christmas for dates in The Waterfront, Belfast (December 6/£21 to £30); Vicar St., Dublin (8/€38); and Opera House, Cork (9/€31).
Weaned on the likes of Paul Kossoff, Peter Green, Eric Clapton and Rory Gallagher – the New Yorker describes hearing ‘Cradle Rock’ as “life-changing” – Bonamassa will be plugging his current The Ballad Of John Henry album.
