It's just over a week now until we hit the Leeside venue of Crane Lane Theatre to see Pleasure Beach team up with Wyvern Lingo for the Bow Street Sessions.
While Wicklow trio Wyvern Lingo have enjoyed a massively successful 12 months, Northern Irish quintet Pleasure Beach (pictured above) are excelling in the type of anthemic indie rock that’s seen heads turned on both sides of the Atlantic. Both acts have made clear their excitement at teaming up for Bow Street Sessions on October 27.
Speaking ahead of the event, Caoimhe from Wyvern Lingo commented: "These events are a great platform for bands. But there's also the added bonus of us playing with someone like Pleasure Beach in that we both get exposed to each other's fans. It's invaluable having this kind of press and the mingling of fanbases. And with Bow Street Sessions in particular, these events sound strange when you hear at first, but they always turn out to be really memorable. This'll be no exception: we'll make it memorable!"
Also making an appearance will be two of Ireland’s finest beatboxers, Amaron + Magic – and trust us when we say that these noisemakers need to be seen to be believed!
