James Vincent McMorrow wins EBBA
He's one of ten recipients of the 2012 European Border Breakers Award.
The winners of the 2012 European Border Breakers Awards, a celebration of new European musical talent, have just been announced and chief amongst them is Dublin folkster James Vincent McMorrow.

Each artists will receive their award at a televised ceremony hosted by Jool Holland at Eurosonic Noorderslag on January 11. McMorrow played last year's showcase festival in Groningen, and the upcoming ceremony will feature performances from most of the winning acts.
To be eligible for the awards, the artists must have enjoyed border-breaking success with their first international release in Europe between 1 August 2010 and 31 July 2011.
