James Morrison Announces Show at The Olympia Theatre
James Morrison releases a new music video and single, alongside details about his upcoming album and show dates.
James Morrison will play at The Olympia Theater in Dublin on April 4. This announcement accompanies that of his new album, You’re Stronger Than You Know, set for release on March 8.
The Warwickshire native also released the official music video for the album’s lead single, ‘My Love Goes On’, featuring Joss Stone.
After receiving the BRIT Award for British Male Solo Artist in 2007, Morrison’s career and subsequent successes have only grown. The 34-year-old singer-songwriter has sold more than four million copies of his three albums and has performed four world tours with frequently sold-out shows.
As one of the first soulful, male singer-songwriters to take on the stage with little more than an acoustic guitar, Morrison has paved the road for similar artists — think, Ed Sheeran and James Bay.
His upcoming album traverses fatherhood, family life and relationships, and is highly anticipated by critics and fans alike.
You’re Stronger Than You Know will arrive as Morrison’s fifth studio album. Tickets from €42.20 will be on sale beginning January 25 at 9 a.m. from Ticketmaster.
