Jack White holds off Nathan Carter in Indie Chart battle
Meanwhile, O.R.B. leap back into action...

Fresh from a spirited show in less-than-summery conditions at the Royal Hospital Kilmainham last night, Jack White closes out the week with another victory in the form of Lazaretto's crown-retaining performance in this week's Irish Indie Chart.
Nathan Carter, also a recent visitor to these shores, provided stiff competition with his The Wagon Wheel Show - Live album, but the week belongs to White as Carter holds onto second place.
There's no change at #3 either as Arctic Monkeys continue their seriously impressive chart run with AM sticking around the top spots in its 42nd week of release. Speaking of impressive, kudos go out to O.R.B. (that's the former Original Rudeboys for those uninitiated) whose sophomore album All We Are climbs from 15th to 7th ahead of their date with Pharrell and Kanye next week in Marlay Park. Nice work if you can get it!
Elsewhere, The Coronas (who headline a sold-out Kilmainham this very evening) and The Gloaming swap places this week at #4 and #5 respectively while Pixies, Nathan Carter, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis and The National round out the top 10.
