J Cole drops new song 'False Prophets', gets set to release album next week
After an iTunes pre-order page hinted that the Fayetteville rapper was gearing up to release his fourth studio album, 4 Your Eyez Only, J Cole confirmed the reports today, announcing that the new album would be released on December 9.
Ahead of the release of 4 Your Eyez Only, the rapper unveiled a new 40-minute documentary titled Eyez on TIDAL.
The visual shows Jermaine in the studio crafting the new project, the follow-up to 2014's double platinum selling album Forest Hills Drive.

J Cole also topped off a busy week by releasing the first single from his new album 'False Prophets'. With lyrics like “Ego in charge of every move, he's a star/ And we can't look away due to the days when he caught our hearts” and “He's falling apart but we deny it/ Just to find the half-assed sh*t he drop, we always buy it", many people are perceiving it as a diss track aimed at Kanye West and Drake.
