Chocolate-voiced singer Indie.Arie (we don't know why she insists on the full stop either) is heading to Dublin for the first time in her three-album career.

Stopping off in Dublin between shows in Montreux, Switzerland and Gent, Belgium, Ms Arie will play the Tripod on Wednesday July 11.
The long-awaited date will coinicide with the release of her fourth LP, Testimony: Vol. 2, Love & Politics, which follows the Grammy-nominiated, chart-topping, R&B-tastic Testimony: Vol. 1, Life & Relationship.
