Lead singer of the American Folk Trio, The Felice Brothers, flies solo this fall with a performance in Dublin.
Ian Felice, frontman of The Felice Brothers, just announced a solo show in Dublin set for late fall of this year, according to Aiken Promotions.
The American folk-rocker rose from the subway stations of New York City to stardom and now is coming to The Workmans Club on Saturday, November 10. The performance is meant to promote Ian’s debut solo album In the Kingdom of Dreams which was released in August of last year. Lead singer of Spirit Family Reunion, Nick Panken, will accompany the performance.
The album consists of a collection of songs written back in 2016 with the original Felice Brothers lineup. While Ian strays from his trio for this performance, the band plans to reconvene following his tour. Nick Panken’s songs like ‘Wake Up Rounder’ and ‘It Does Not Bother Me’ will accompany Ian’s renditions of ‘Frankie’s Gun’, ‘Love Me Tenderly’ and ‘Whiskey in My Whiskey’.
