Kicking off with a catchy melody, Deady sings from within about his journey with anxiety and how to accept and act against it. The "burning up" analogy allows Deady to express his own journey of self-discovery and help him lift him to a "higher" place.

Speaking about the new track, Deady said: "I've lived with anxiety for as long as I can remember, I just didn't know it was called that until a few months ago. I thought it was just me, that it was my fault and I just wasn't strong enough. This song is about my journey to try and get some help".
