Embracing decade-spanning, genre-defying influences, the Belfast-based art-rock four-piece have established themselves as underground heroes across Ireland – while also earning plenty of mainstream acclaim, including three awards at the Northern Ireland Music Prize. Following the release of their debut album, Ready For The House, in 2020, their four-track EP, The Dust Has Come To Stay, marked a thrilling progression in their sound last year. With a SXSW set coming up, you can expect 2023 to be another massive one for Junk Drawer.
