Hot for 2020 Irish Acts: Pat Lagoon

Over the last year-and-a-half, The Goon has crossed over from Soundcloud obscurity to become a formidable presence on the Irish scene, with releases that swing effortlessly between hip-house, old school rap and trap. Since first emerging in 2018, the Waterford artist has also made a splash internationally, with his RikShaw collaboration, ‘Shining’, featuring on Anthony Fantano’s hugely popular YouTube channel.
