Heart keep beating
For the first time in nearly a decade Heart will perform in Ireland.
Ann and Nancy Wilson return after their long absence to Vicar St. on June 3rd accompanied by a backing band that includes former Ozzy Osbourne and Alice in Chains bass player Mike Inez. Heart have sold 30 million records and had 21 Top 40 hits but in the last ten years have been focusing on their solo projects as well as forming a new band the Lovemongers. Nancy has scored three films for her husband Cameron Crowe including Almost Famous and Ann has performed in theatre shows such as "Teatro Zinzanni". Now along with embarking on a tour Heart are preparing to record a new album so some new material can be expected live along with old hits like "Crazy on You" and "Barracuda". Tickets for their Vicar St. gig are priced & euro; 45.50 and go on sale January 23rd at 9am. They are available from Ticketmaster and other usual outlets nationwide.
