HAIM share new song, reveal new album release date
The new album will be released on June 26.
HAIM have released a new song titled 'I Know Alone', along with a music video directed remotely by Jake Schreier and co-choreographed by HAIM and Francis Farewell Starlite (Francis & The Lights). Filmed in quarantine, the trio dance together on a basketball court.
'I Know Alone' is the fifth track they've shared ahead of their upcoming album Women in Music Pt. III. The record was initially scheduled for an April 24 release, however it was delayed due to Covid-19 complications. The new release date is June 26.
The song is fun and funky, with lyrics about monotony that feel all too fitting. "Been a couple days since I’ve been out, Calling all my friends but they won’t pick up, Found another room in a different place, Sleeping through the day and I dream the same," Danielle Haim sings.
