Grimes Releases Unheard Track 'Fifteen Minutes To'

Somebody is obviously feeling very generous this Christmas! Grimes – for it is she! – has shared an old demo track from 6 years ago.

The cooler-than-fuck Canadian synth/dream pop artist posted a new video on her official Tumblr account. The previously unreleased track dates back to 2010, before the release of her second album Halfaxa. The song, entitled 'Fifteen Minutes To', is short but deliciously snappy, clocking in at just under two minutes – but leaving a warm afterglow. Her trademark dream pop vocals are splashed throughout what is a highly impressive demo.

Grimes, a long-time Hot Press favourite, and cover star, brings her Acid Reign tour to Europe in February. Her Irish performance is scheduled to take place at Dublin's Olympia Theatre on March 15th.
