Greg Clifford set to launch EP this month
The Dublin songwriter will play a free gig in the Generator Hostel, Smithfield.
Friday September 11 sees the official launch of Why Can't You See?, the new EP from hotly-tipped purveyor of alt. pop Greg Clifford.
Having gigged extensively around Ireland, the UK and Europe in recent times, 2014 found the Dubliner decamping to Berlin to write new material. The fruits of his labour will feature on Why Can't You See? (titled after its lead single, which you can hear below) and a forthcoming album.
To mark the EP's release, Clifford is gearing up for a hometown show in the Generator, Smithfield, on September 11, accompanied by a six-piece backing band. Two new music videos, and a photographic exhibition created by his father Dave Clifford, will coincide with the performance and premiere on the night. Doors are at half 8 and, best of all, it's free in. For more, check out his Facebook page.
