Franz Ferdinand to headline The Ambassador Theatre
April sees the anticipated return of Scottish rockers Franz Ferdinand
Having created a right royal buzz off the back of their support slot with Interpol last summer, Franz Ferdinand have confirmed a headlining gig at The Village on April 16.
[update]
Due to phenomenal deman the gig has been moved to the Ambassador Theatre. All original tickets (priced € 15) are valid.
The Glasgow-based band have scheduled Dublin alongside a fifteen-date tour throughout the UK, with their current single 'Take Me Out' busting charts across the land. Expect to hear each and every cracking tune from their forthcoming, Hot Press-certified album, due in stores February 13.
In the meantime, Stuart Clark recently caught up with singer/guitarist Alex Kapranos so you can make all your pre-gig research when the new issue of Hot Press hits stands Thursday.
