The Elation release new single 'Ready Or Not'

2018 saw The Elation's debut EP Clickbait reach no.3 in the official Irish indie charts. This led to a flurry of nationwide radio play and appearances, and saw the lads perform at Electric Picnic, Indiependence Festival and Townlands Carnival.

'Ready or Not' sees the band return with this thumping indie rock track, that tackles mental health head on. It was recorded in London with Andy Whitmore, who also produced 'Clickbait'.

The track deals with learning to cope with various forms of anxiety (in this case mainly Panic, Social Phobia, and General Anxiety Disorder effects). However, with 'Ready or Not', the message is about more than just feeling stuck in that rut. It's about how that can be overcome, with the help of communication, friends & family.
