Following the release of his new album, Drive, in April, world-renowned DJ Tiësto plans to play at the Royal Hospital Kilmainham in Dublin
Last year, the EDM artist Tiësto, also known as Tijs Verwest, played Belfast's Ormeau Park. It wasn't Tiësto's first time in Belfast, having played Belsonic in 2019 and headlined the Vital Festival back in 2017.
Now, the international icon and Dutch DJ has announced plans to play Dublin's Royal Hospital Kilmainham on Saturday, August 26th. The show will come after the drop of his forthcoming album Drive, coming in April.
Tickets for his August show go on sale this Friday.
The DJ has already released a couple songs from Drive. All of them have done insanely well, only adding to the RIAA platinum-certified artist's prolific catalogue. Nominated for the 64th Grammys in the category of Best Dance / Electronic Recording, Tiësto's single 'The Business' was released by Atlantic Records in 2020.
He's also reached new audiences working with other artists, like Latin artist Karol G on 'Don't Be Shy.'

'The Motto' with Ava Max earned over 1.1 billion streams worldwide. It and his single '10:35' featuring Tate McRae, both hit Billboard's top 5 for both hit the top 5 on Billboard's Hot Dance/Electronic Songs chart when they came out.
Also breaking Billboard's top 10 for Hot Dance/Electronic Songs chart was his collaboration with Charli XCX on 'Hot In It.'
Talented and iconic, Tiësto is an electronic artist to be experienced.
