Duke Special announces show at Whelan's
Tickets go on sale on Friday, March 28 at 10:00am.
Duke Special has announced a show at Whelan's in Dublin, on Friday, June 27, 2025.
The Belfast-based singer-songwriter has also shared that he is working on a new album. It will be his first full-length release since 2023's Blood for Ghosts.

Peter Wilson released music under other stage names and collaborated with different bands before going solo as Duke Special in 2002.
He has released 11 albums since then, including the Choice Music Prize-nominated Songs from the Deep Forest (2006).
Duke wrote the music and lyrics for The Velveteen Rabbit, a musical adaptation of Margery Williams’ children's classic directed by Janice Kernoghan-Reid, which premiered a few weeks ago at Lyric Theatre Belfast.
He also recently performed at the 2025 Dublin Bowie Festival.
