Del Water Gap to play two Irish shows next month
He will play Belfast's Ulster Hall and Dublin’s National Stadium on August 26 and 27.
Indie-pop songwriter Del Water Gap has announced an EU tour for later this year, which includes shows in Belfast's Ulster Hall on August 26 and Dublin’s National Stadium on August 27 2025.
The shows follow his stand-out performance at Electric Picnic last summer, as well as his last headline gig in Dublin’s The Academy in February 2024.
The tour comes in support of Del Water Gap’s 2023 record I Miss You Already + I Haven’t Left Yet, which contained production from Mike Malchicoff and Ethan Gruska, instrumental contributions from Clairo, Zach Dawes, Mason Stoops and Rob Humphreys, and a duet with Arlo Parks, in the track ‘Quilt of Steam’.
Del Water Gap, aka Samuel Holden Jaffe, first rose to prominence following the release of the single ‘Ode to a Conversation Stuck in Your Throat’ in 2020.
Since, he has released two studio albums via Mom + Pop Music, including his self-titled debut in 2021 and the 2023 record I Miss You Already + I Haven't Left Yet.
Tickets for Del Water Gap Belfast's Ulster Hall and Dublin’s National Stadium shows are on sale now here.
