Columbia Mills set for Whelan's next month
The Irish indie/electronic quintet Columbia Mills will play at Whelan's on May 13.
Following a string of dates across Ireland, Columbia Mills will be Dublin-bound this May.
In the two years that Columbia Mills have been together, they have released two EPs to wide critical acclaim. Their debut single ‘Never Gonna Look At You The Same’ gained radio attention on Today FM and TXFM in Dublin and was also picked up by XFM in London. Their music combines darkness and emotiveness with an almost deep south sensibility.
With two sold out shows in Dublin under their belt, the band took the festival scene in Ireland by storm culminating in their headline slot on the Salty Dog stage at last year’s Electric Picnic.
Their live performances are emotionally charged and the combination of live instruments and electronic beats and synths make for a unique experience.
See Columbia Mills perform at Whelan's on May 13. Tickets €14.35 including booking fee go on sale Wednesday 29th March at 10am.
