Bob Vylan to bring We Won't Go Quietly tour to Vicar Street
Tickets go on sale tomorrow at 10a.m.
Bob Vylan have announced a headline show at Vicar Street, Dublin on November 26 as part of their We Won't Go Quietly tour.
The punk-rap duo have faced a wave controversy following their June Glastonbury set, where they lead a “death, death to the IDF" chant in reference to the Israel Defence Forces.
The chant lead to a criminal investigation by the Avon and Somerset Police into both the video and audio of Bob Vylan's performance.
A similar investigation was launched into KNEECAP's set.
Bob Vylan's show was broadcast live on the BBC, however, it has since been removed from streaming services. After the BBC was met with backlash they announced they would no longer broadcast or livestream performances deemed "high risk".
Bob Vylan formed in 2017 and have released four albums, 2019's Dread, We Live Here (2020), Bob Vylan Presents the Price of Life (2022) and Humble as the Sun (2024).
In 2022 the duo won the MOBO award for Best Alternative Music act and a Kerrang! award for Best Album for Bob Vylan Presents the Price of Life.
In August, the group performed at All Together Now.
Tickets for their November Dublin show go on sale Friday, September 12 and can be found here.
