Blood Or Whiskey sign to New York label

Blood Or Whiskey are in chipper form this week having inked a deal with New York independent Punkcore Records.

Between gigging, drinking and probably loving, the Dublin/Kildare sextet are already hard at work on their first album for the imprint, Ca$hed Out On Culture.

You can see what all the fuss is about on November 20 when they play a hometown headliner in The Voodoo Lounge. We doubt if Topper from The Clash will be depping on drums like he did recently in England, but it promises to be quite a night.

Another band signing on the dotted line this week are Texas Galway who've allied themselves to the same UK label as 79 Cortinaz, Stone Free which is part of the AmbientLive group.
