BIMM final year students to host free mini-festival
It's sure to be a brilliant night with a concoction of different acts and venues across an eclectic mix of music genres.
British and Irish Modern Music (BIMM) Institute Live returns for a free mini-festival to celebrate final year students who will graduate in 2019.
The festival will take place this Friday on June 7 across five different Dublin 8 venues with over 48 bands and DJs, each act featuring a student in the final year of their Degree.
This night is a perfect way to allow future BIMM graduates to showcase their talent to the Irish music scene.
BIMM Live will feature a diverse range of genres so you are sure to find someone who suits your fancy.
Gigs will sprawl across six different stages in these five venues:
- Drop Dead Twice, 19 Francis St. D8
The Liberty Belle, 33 Francis St. D8
The Jug, 40 Francis St. D8
Oxfam Home, 86 Francis St. D8
Tailor’s Hall, 8 Back Lane, D8
Doors will open at 5.30pm and acts begin playing at 6pm until midnight.
A booklet with a line-up, band info, map and wristbands will be available at the entrance to each venue from 5:30pm. Wristbands will allow access to all acts throughout the night.
Each venue is subject to capacity so don't be late!
