Big Thief announce 3Arena gig for April 2026
The band will release their forthcoming album Double Infinity on September 5
Big Thief have announced a 3Arena gig on April 29, as part of their UK and European leg of Somersault Slide 360 tour.
This comes ahead of the release of their sixth studio album Double Infinity out on September 5.
This will be the bands biggest Irish show to date, as well as some other huge headlining shows including 3 nights at London's O2 Brixton Academy.
Their upcoming album was recorded last winter at the Power Station in New York City. For three weeks the trio would ride their bikes in the freezing cold to the studio located in Manhattan.
The band's last album, Dragon New Warm Mountain I Believe In You, came out in 2022 and included fan favourite 'Simulation Swarm.'
Vocalist Adrianne Lenker released her latest solo project Bright Future in 2024.
Big Thief have not returned to Ireland since their show at The National Stadium in 2022.
Tickets to the 3Arena show in April will go on sale on September 11 and can be bought here.
