Beck has announced his new mini album, titled Everybody's Gotta Learn Sometime.
The album consists of eight tracks and is available to stream online now, ahead of its physical release on Friday, February 13.
Everybody’s Gotta Learn Sometime is described as "a lovingly curated collection of rarities, deep cuts and covers".
The record features some of Beck’s “most beloved standalone singles and soundtrack contributions, eclectic cover versions and a couple of exclusive previously unreleased recordings.”
Beck's cover of The Korgis' 'Everybody's Got To Learn Sometime' serves as the album's title track. His rendition of the song was included on the 2004 romantic drama Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind's soundtrack.
The mini-album also features covers of John Lennon's 'Love' and Caetano Veloso's 'Michelangelo Antonioni', as well as Elvis Presley's 'Can't Help Falling In Love' and The Flamingos' 'I Only Have Eyes For You'.
Beck is an American singer, songwriter, and record producer. He rose to fame in the early 1990s with his experimental and lo-fi style and became known for creating musical collages of wide-ranging genres.
Beck has released 14 studio albums, as well as several non-album singles and a book of sheet music.
