Alex Turner’s Leather Jacket Added to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame
The Arctic Monkeys frontman's jacket was added to the museum’s ‘Right Here, Right Now!’ exhibit – which focusses on big-name modern musicians including The Lumineers, the Zac Brown Band and DNCE.
Turner wore the jacket during the band's 2013-14 tour in support of their latest album AM.
The exhibition features some of the biggest names in music today including Kesha, Fall Out Boy, Taylor Swift, Beyoncé, Cee Lo Green, Cloud Nothings and Bruno Mars.
Amongst those leading the nominations for the annual entry to the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame next year are Radiohead, Kate Bush, Rage Against The Machine and Depeche Mode.
31 year old Turner was spotted in an East London pub last week with ex girlfriend and fashion designer Alexa Chung, fuelling rumours that they have reignited their romance.
The frontman has also been busy with side project The Last Shadow Puppets, however bandmate Nick O'Malley has confirmed that Arctic Monekys will release their sixth studio album next year.
