Adrian Crowley to play the Button Factory in July
It may have taken five albums to get here, but in 2010, Adrian Crowley is right up there with the most loved and most revered homegrown songwriters this country has to offer.
Season of The Sparks winning the Choice Music Prize was only a matter of time, and in the Prize's short history, there has seldom been such a universal acknowledgement of the worthiness of the eventual winner. Of course, why stop here, why not keep on the same slow burning assent that has brought this Galway man from obscurity to national recognition over the last ten years.
For longtime fans and for those wishing to catch Mr. Crowley do his thing for the first time, a fully seated show in the Button Factory on Saturday, July 24. As yet unannounced very special guests will join Crowley to fill the bill for this mid-summer-evening's show.
Tickets are €20.00 including booking, available from www.tickets.ie, or from City Discs, Road Records and Ticketmaster outlets nation wide.
