A$AP Rocky allegedly pointed and discharged a firearm at A$AP Relli in November 2021.
Rapper A$AP Rocky, legally named Rakim Mayers, has pleaded not guilty to alleged firearm assault against rapper and former friend, A$AP Relli.
Mayers is being sued for $25,000 over the incident where A$AP Relli (Terrell Ephron) claims Mayers pointed a firearm at him and later discharged it. Legal documents showed Ephrons lawyers stating, "Defendant purposefully or with reckless disregard, unlawfully brandished a firearm toward the Plaintiff. Further, Defendant purposefully or with reckless disregard caused a bullet projectile/ fragment to hit the Plantiff."
Mayers is now facing two counts of assault with a firearm. He was arrested in April with a bail set at $550,000 dollars, which was paid on the same day.
The judge issued a restraining order against Mayers of 100 yards and set a trial date of November 2nd. If found guilty, Mayers could be facing up to nine years in prison.
Mayers has just welcomed his first child with singer Rihanna. They have just been spotted stepping out together with the baby boy for the first time yesterday, August 17th.
