Trend Red: This colour is the best medicine against the dreary autumn days
Red, which celebrates the modern woman this season, is the trend colour for Autumn/ Winter 2017.
Combinations of different fabrics, flowing cuts and high-quality materials are particularly beautiful and allow women to communicate their personal style through relaxed, effortless looks. Indeed, there's a very grown-up sensibility to the colour red this season. This was noticed also on almost every catwalk at the Spring 2017 Fashion Week.
Prada, Roksanda Ilincic, Preen and Fendi showed on the catwalk a trend-heavy collection which was filled tones of red. The Shows, from Max Mara to Simone Rocha brought also red into another form this year, less sexualised, less Lolita and more sophisticated and modern.
As the colour spectrum of red is huge, from burgundy to cherry red and orange, designers have lots of possibilities to create some really cool and stylish looks that hit the mark. The Influencers among us wear red from top to bottom creating a monochrome trend. The simplistic nature of monochrome allows you to make easy style choices with red.
For her all-red look, Victoria Beckham's outfit comes directly from the runway: An orange red dress, super chic from her "Victoria Beckham" collection.
