Travel News This Fortnight: From New York Graffiti Art To Budget Moroccan Getaways
Loganair have started flying from Belfast and Dublin to Carlisle Lake District Airport, which is back in full commercial aviation mode for the first time in 26 years.
Passengers will make the short hop over the Irish Sea in a 33-seat Saab 340B, which is the closest most of us will have come to being on a private jet.

There’s more good news for northern adventurers with EasyJet commencing Belfast International-Marrakesh flights on October 30.
Along with its stunning old town, Marrakesh has a slew of vibrant modern neighbourhoods, which delight and surprise as much as the souks.

If you’re New York-bound between now and the end of August, check out the biggest collection of graffiti art ever assembled, Beyond The Streets, in South Williamsburg’s new Twenty Five Kent space. The Beastie Boys, Keith Haring, Banksy, Mark Mothersbaugh, Fab 5 Freddy, Guerilla Girls, Shepard Fairey and Kenny Scharf are among the 150 taggers featured.
