Hennessy – My Miami

This household name is quite rightly regarded as the king of cognacs, and acclaimed across the globe for its soft floral and fruit notes with hints of spice, vanilla and chocolate. In addition to being delicious, Hennessy is also excellent as part of a cocktail, and there are hundreds to choose from. For our money, the My Miami cocktail is one of the very best and a must for aficionados and newbies alike.

My Miami Cocktail

• Hennessy VS 50ml
• Lemon juice 20ml
• Honey 10ml
• Mint leaves 6-8
• Ginger ale 60ml

Method:
• Build in a tall glass, churn with crushed ice and top with ginger ale.
• Garnish with mint and a lemon wedge.
