Photography Exhibition for Pieta House 'A Thousand Words'
TU students are supporting a great cause through the medium of photography.
Set to launch tomorrow evening, 'A Thousand Words' Photography Exhibition aims to promote hope and positive mental health through expression of photography, and is in aid of Pieta House.
The Exhibition was developed by five young women studying at TU Dublin, including former Hot Press alumni Chelsea Curtis who said of the event, "We reached out to photographers and photography students around Ireland and asked them to capture "What makes your life worth living?" and "What gives you hope?" and express this through their photographs."
The five Event Management students received no funding for the event, and all proceeds for the exhibition will go directly to Pieta House.
A Thousand Words will take place tomorrow evening (Friday 29th) from 6-9pm in Rathdown House, TU Dublin Grangegorman Campus.
