If you do fancy a frill however this festive season, look no further than a zingy Arctic Monkey, which pairs Blood Monkey’s quality gin with the classic taste of citrus and hint of black pepper and rosemary.

Ingredients:
50ml Blood Monkey’s Irish Craft Gin
25ml lemon juice
10ml simple syrup

Method:
Shake all ingredients over ice
Serve with cracked black pepper and rosemary
