Wednesday season 2 begins production in Ireland
Kicking off production in Ireland, Netflix has announced a slew of names joining season 2's Wednesday including Joanna Lumley and Christopher Lloyd.
Netflix has announced the start of production on Wednesday Season 2 in Ireland with several new cast members joining the set.
Starring Jenna Ortega as the titular character, the new season will include a whole host of familiar faces from season 1 including Catherine Zeta-Jones, Luis Guzmán, Isaac Ordonez and Luyanda Unati Lewis-Nyawo.
Netflix have also revealed an impressive line-up of new regulars such as The Big Lebowski's Steve Buscemi and Doctor Who's Billie Piper .
Joining their ranks will be Evie Templeton, Owen Painter, and Noah Taylor.
There are also new guest stars in the form of Addams Family's Christopher Lloyd, Joanna Lumley, Thandiwe Newton, Frances O’Connor and Haley Joel Osment, Heather Matarazzo and Joonas Suotamo.
Directed by Tim Burton, Wednesday is the Most Popular English TV series on Netflix with 252.10 Million S1 views. The series spent 20 weeks on the Global Top 10 and reached the Top 10 in 93 countries.
Sharing the news via video announcement, fan favourite, Thing delivered new scripts to cast members on set.
