Madonna To Premiere Music Video For 'Medellin' In MTV Special

Madonna will the release the music video for her new single 'Medellín (with Maluma)' this Wednesday as part of a global MTV event.

MTV Presents Madonna Live & Exclusive: 'Medellin' Video World Premiere will include a Q&A about the pop star's career and her upcoming album Madame X, set for release on June 14. British DJ Trevor Nelson will be joining Madonna live in London.

The singer, whose album Like A Prayer celebrated its 30th anniversary last month, will take questions from MTV's Sway Calloway and fans in New York City via a satellite live stream. MTV will also be hosting events for the music video release in Milan and Sao Paulo.

"Madonna and MTV have been intrinsically tied since their respective youths," said Bruce Gillmer, Viacom’s global head of music and talent and MTV International's co-brand head, in a statement to the press.

"As Madonna continues to rule the world, we’re thrilled to be with her once again live from our Camden studios to world premiere her incredible collaboration with Maluma, ‘Medellín.'"
