WATCH: A new trailer for 'Battle Of The Sexes' has been released
Emma Stone and Steve Carrell star in this film about a truly surreal real life tennis match that took place in 1973, between the world's number one female tennis player, Billie Jean King, and Bobby Riggs, a retired world number 1, who claimed that no woman could beat him.
The film follows the struggles of King, as she not only prepares to play against the deplorably chauvinistic Riggs, while he torments her, but as she battles for equal pay for women in tennis, and struggles to come to terms with her own sexuality.
Stone's leading performance is already being tipped for Oscar consideration, which is quite an achievement considering she won last year's best actress award for her role in La La Land
Battle of the Sexes is released on October 20.
