Vittorio Angelone announces Gaiety Theatre show
Tickets for the show are on sale now
Italian-Irish comedian Vittorio Angelone has announced that he is bringing his new show, You Can’t Say Nothing Anymore, to The Gaiety Theatre on Friday, October 23.
The show focuses on Angelone’s experience growing up in Belfast after the Troubles, reflecting on his parents' generation, and examining his own "guilt and twisted jealousy" at not living through that era.
Angelone began performing stand-up comedy in 2018. During the COVID‑19 pandemic, having moved back to his home in Belfast, Angelone hosted a comedy club in his back garden, with the audience limited to 30 people due to social distancing regulations.
Angelone debuted his hour-long stand-up show Translations in 2021-22, which explored his experiences as an Italian-Irish person in London. The show was nominated for Best Newcomer at the Edinburgh Comedy Awards in 2022.
The comedian has co-hosted the podcast Mike and Vittorio's Guide to Parenting with fellow comedian Mike Rice since 2023. The podcast sees the pair tackle a range of different topics, none that relate to parenting.
In 2025, Angelone made his acting debut in the short film Rewarding, starring alongside Seána Kerslake.
Tickets for the Gaiety Theatre show are on sale now and can be purchased here.
