Premiere Date Set For What We Do In The Shadows
What We Do in the Shadows is coming to BBC Two.
The BBC has set a UK premiere date for the mockumentary vampire series What We Do in the Shadows.
The series, adapted from Jemaine Clement (Flight of the Concords) and Taika Waititi's critically-acclaimed film What We Do in the Shadows, will premiere on May 19 at 9:45 p.m. on BBC Two.
The central cast of What We Do in the Shadows is comprised of Matt Berry (Toast of London), Kayvan Novak (Four Lions) and Natasia Demetriou (Stath Lets Flats), who play a trio of vampire flatmates living in Staten Island. Other cast members include Harvey Guillen (The Magicians) and Mark Proksch (Better Call Saul).
The series has received glowing reviews so far for its humour, world-building and creative expansion on its source material. US network FX has already renewed What We Do in the Shadows for a second season.
