Proceeds from the song will go to Los Angeles' Downtown Women's Center.
Phoebe Bridges has released a cover of Merle Haggard's 'If We Make It Through December.'
Produced with Tony Berg and Ethan Gruska and released via Dead Oceans, proceeds from the Bridgers cover will go to Los Angeles' Downtown Women's Center.
In 2018, Bridgers collaborated with Jackson Brown on a cover of McCarthy Trenching's 'Christmas Song'. The artist's 2020 album, Punisher, was hailed by Hot Press' Lucy O'Toole as 'expectation-defying'. She also recently released Copycat Killer, an EP of alternate versions of songs from her sophomore album.
