The Devil and Father Amorth, the latest film from legendary director William Friedkin (The Exorcist), is now available to watch via Netflix.
Revisiting the subject of his 1973 Best Picture Oscar nominee, The Devil and Father Amorth is a documentary which sees Friedkin follow Father Gabriele Amorth, founder of the International Association Of Exorcists. It shows the priest perform the ninth exorcism of an Italian woman in the village of Venafro.

On top of making The Exorcist, Friedkin directed classics such as The French Connection, Cruising, Sorcerer and To Live and Die in LA. His last two films were adaptations of Tracy Letts plays Bug and Killer Joe.
Meanwhile also new to Netflix is Happy End, the latest from Palme D'or winner and Best Director Oscar nominee Michael Haneke (Amour). The film stars Golden Globe winner Isabelle Huppert (Elle), Toby Jones (Sherlock) and Mathieu Kassovitz (La Haine, Amelie) and is a disturbing black comedy about a French bourgeois family.
Both films can be streamed now.
